The modular SPINNER system for attenuators offers you great flexibility in the selection of your components. It allows you to combine power, attenuation and connectors according to your individual requirements. The advantages are obvious: cost savings through standardisation and reliable technical quality.

The 200 W 30 dB attenuator DC-4 GHz N male to N female is placed into the signal path and reduces the amplitude of the input signal by 30 dB. This reduces the output power and protects the transmitter of your installation from the effects of excessive power. You can individually combine your attenuator and adapt it to the requirements of your local installation.

When used for in-building installation, a 200 W 30 dB attenuator DC-4 GHz N male to N female allows you to ensure continuous power and power radiation of your antennas within your building.

The attenuator enables you to transmit high-frequency signals reliably and flawlessly with optimum protection of your sensitive equipment in a power range up to 200 W.

The attenuator offers on one side an interface N male and on the other side an interface N female.

SPINNER attenuators can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Only in a few cases a certain orientation is required for a product and therefore explicitely stated in our product data sheets.

The 200 W 30 dB attenuator DC-4 GHz N male to N female is cooled passively by convection i.e. the heat dissipation via the cooling fins. Due to the flexible mounting options, optimum air circulation and thus cooling can be achieved.

The protection class is IP 50.

The N-coaxial connectors were named after their inventor Paul Neill, who developed this standard for RF connectors in 1942. Often, however, the name also relates to the Navy Connector. Type N connectors can be used at frequencies up to 11 GHz, high-precision types up to 18 GHz. It is typically used in mobile communication applications with demanding mechanical and electrical requirements. SPINNER exclusively manufactures connectors with non-slotted outer conductor contacts and a special sealing profile in the connector head instead of the flat seal disk, specified by IEC or CECC. This ensures the most reliable sealing function.
